I know it’s 2009, but this is my first website of my very own and I’m quite excited! Sometimes. At other times, it doesn’t seem that it’s got anything to do with me and it's all a bit embarrassing.
It’s strange being a sole trader whose product to all intents and purposes is herself. Stranger still then to try to make sense of all that so that other people can have a clue about what it is that I do. I hope that this does the job to some degree and would welcome feedback on content and layout – not rudeness, you understand, but feedback! Of course you’re allowed to hate it, but if you want to let me know that, it would be really handy to know what it is that you hate.
Of course I haven’t done all of this myself and thanks are due to Pete at A Creative Machine for turning my child-like drawings into something real, John and Leigh at Node IT for getting it out there, to Roz at Tall Poppy for badgering me in the most supportive of ways to blimmin well get on with it. For being my focus group (sadly, an unpaid role) Ian, Áine, Kim, Nikki, John Kirkham, Paula, Liz Cox and Louise – huge thank yous are due to you.
I aim to write something here once a week and I promise that the rest will not be so self-indulgent as this
